What to wear

Coordinate, don’t match. I like to choose a lightly patterned item and build around it. Mixing solids and patterns, layers and textures, but try sticking to 3 colors or so to keep from distracting from the main focus…your family. Pinterest is a fantastic resource of finding outfit ideas. Just type in “what to wear to a photo session”. Please do not wear tennis shoes, loud logo or text shirts, these can distract from your faces. Feel free to email me your outfit thoughts, and I can help you plan or give you pointers on what photographs the best. Some of my favorite items are pieces of clothing that have a lot of movement. Long dresses and skirts are great for movement and help your photos come alive. Most importantly wear what you feel great in!
